• All products sold are warranted against defects in workmanship and will be repaired or replaced at no cost (not including shipping) to the end user. Warranty period is seven days (unless otherwise specified in writing) from the time the product is received by the end user. Value of warranty repair or replacement shall not exceed the initial purchase price. Refunds are limited to credit toward other products and/or services featured herein. Under no circumstances will refunds be given, unless product is found to be defective and we are notified within the seven day (unless otherwise specified in writing) period.
• Any requests received after the warranty period has expired will be handled as repair requests and may incur fees for products and/or services.
• Warranty for any and all services, reports, or consultations are limited to the price of those services. Any and all consultations or reports offered by GPCurtis, LLC and any of the representative brands are offered solely as recommendations. Policies for Custom Work:
• Minimum budget for all custom work is $1,000.
• All custom work requires a nonrefundable deposit.
• To maintain quality, maximum of 3 custom jobs per month. Additional projects will be completed in sequence.
• Allow 3-6 weeks for design, production, and delivery.
• Delivery costs vary by piece, location, and complexity.
Policies for Landscape Consultations:
• Payment must be received prior to booking.
• No refunds 24 hours before appointment time.
• Clients outside of Metro Atlanta will be charged an additional fee, depending on distance.
